Kandyway Availability Guarantee

This Availability Guarantee applies to all Kandyway customers worldwide. It also satisfies the disclosure requirements of Québec’s Consumer Protection Act (Bill 29).

1. Replacement Parts

• Replacement parts will be available for at least 5 years from the date of purchase.
• Parts include charging cables, power adapters, straps, and other mask components.
• All parts can be installed using commonly available tools without causing irreversible damage.

2. Repair Services

• Authorized repair services will be available for a minimum of 5 years from purchase.
• Customers may contact Kandyway Customer Care for repair instructions or service information.

3. Maintenance Information

• Maintenance and care instructions are provided in the user manual and on our website.
